Creint grinders are suitable for grinding steel or equivalent materials. The machines can be used for grinding, de-burring, buffing, de-rusting and polishing.
The grinding machines are fitted with grinding wheels with a diameter of 150mm, 200mm or 300mm. They are characterised by their ample, incremental power ratings which are more than sufficient for all grinding and de-burring jobs in the workplace, the studio or in industry. The medium coarse grinding wheel is for preparatory work and the fine grinding wheel for the final processing of tools and equipment.
In developing the grinders allowance was made for important basic principles, such as safety, ergonomics and ease of use. When making a choice from the product range the following factors are important: the required power rating, the voltage 1~ or 3~ and, last but not least, the diameter of the grinding wheel. Dry grinding is done at high speeds, wet grinding at a low speed. A good-quality machine is well balanced, has well finished clamping plates and bolts and grinding wheels that fit tightly to the shaft. All machines have a switch with no-volt release and some models even feature a separate emergency stop. A low-noise and low-vibration machine makes for pleasant and comfortable working.
